IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: MrKaka.com is only a platform / intermediary. We do not own, sell, buy, or guarantee any product or service listed. All transactions are directly between buyer and seller at their own risk.

1. Platform Role - Intermediary Under IT Act 2000

Mr Kaka is an intermediary as defined under Section 2(1)(w) and Section 79 of Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide a venue for users to post classified ads. We have no control over ad content, quality, legality, or truthfulness. We are protected under Safe Harbour provisions.

2. No Liability for Fraud, Scam or Loss

• Mr Kaka is NOT responsible for any online fraud, cheating, payment fraud, job fraud, property fraud, or any financial loss.
• Viewer / Buyer must verify seller, product, documents, ownership before making any payment.
• Do NOT pay advance without meeting in person and verifying. Do NOT share OTP, UPI PIN, bank details.
• If you face fraud, report to police (cybercrime.gov.in) and to us. We will assist law enforcement but we are not liable to refund.

3. User Responsibilities

• Post only legal ads. No illegal weapons, drugs, child labour, fake jobs asking for money, adult trafficking.
• Do not post fake, misleading, or duplicate ads.
• You are solely responsible for content you post. You will be liable for any illegal content.

4. Ad Removal

We reserve right to remove, edit, or disable any ad without notice that violates policy or on complaint.

5. Limitation of Liability

To fullest extent permitted by law, Mr Kaka, its owners, employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages arising from use of site. Max liability is Rs. 1000.

6. Indemnity

User agrees to indemnify Mr Kaka against any claim, legal notice, cost due to user's ad or transaction.
